We all have hopes, dreams and aspirations to succeed. The one quality that will separate those who achieve from those who do not is their level of commitment to personal development in 2010.

Web Biz Opportunities - StarrBizz.comEverybody talks about
personal development. Everybody recognizes the value of continually expanding their knowledge base and building their personal skills and abilities. But not everybody is truly committed to the process. Some simply pay "lip service" to the concept.
That is the difference between achievers and non-achievers:
some people dream of worthy accomplishments, while others stay awake and achieve them.
If you are looking ahead to 2010 and have aspirations to achieve more personally and financially than you have ever achieved in the past, you are going to have to find ways to do the things you have been doing either better, or in a different, more productive way.
Areas in your life that are worth examining early in the New Year may include:

- Personal Character, Attitudes, Habits
- Interpersonal Communication Skills
- Focus on Family
- Relationships
- Health and Wellness
- Goal Setting and Planning
- Social Awareness/Contributing to Society
- Business and Marketing
- Financial Planning
Every individual has their own list and their own order of priority and preference. The key is to determine what areas need adjusting and which ones need immediate attention. The sooner a person can determine these and get to work on them, the sooner they will begin to achieve positive results that will be both beneficial
and personally uplifting.
Personal development is not something that can or should be left to chance. Few people are "natural" achievers; success doesn't often just fall into the laps of most people. Most people have to work at it.
A person needs to know what they want, where they are going and how to get there. They need to have the focus to stay on track and the will and determination to stick with it.
Many resources exist on the Internet to help with
the process of personal development. The best resources help you identify and examine the areas that hold the most meaning to you
right now and provide you with a clear plan of some sort to help you move effectively from
Point A to
Point B in your quest for greater personal achievement.

However, the best resource in the world has little value unless you are prepared to
make a firm commitment to personal development.
If you are thinking about renewing your
commitment to personal development in 2010, I encourage you to seek out the resources that will take you through the process successfully. My
personal choice for a wide range of personal development material is
Brian Tracy International.

Sincerely, GT Bulmer
