Blog Contest - Still Time To Join

A few weeks ago, my marketing friend, Peter Lee, announced his first Work At Home Blog Contest. There's still time to join in and make a run for the prizes!

Blogging has almost become a way of life for many Internet Home Business enthusiasts and online marketers. All the mentors, gurus and SEO (search engine optimization) experts tell you that blogging is a vital part of your online marketing efforts.

Although some of the benefits of blogging are obvious - adds fresh content to your site, attracts visitors, promotes your products, programs, services and your online brand or identity - one other benefit seems to be less talked about.

That is the value of the comments and feedback you receive from visitors to your blog.

Peter Lee's Work At Home Ideas' Blog Contest is designed to encourage you to read and comment on the blogs of several of Peter's online marketing associates - yours truly, included!

Peter's contest is based on a points system where you can accumulate points for various activities as outlined in the rules at Peter's Blog Contest page. For example:

~ You will earn points for subscribing to Peter's blog.

~ You will earn points for posting comments on recommended blogs.

~ You will earn points for making a post or two on your own blog, highlighting Peter's contest.

Prizes to be awarded include a number of 125x125 ads, 1,000 Entrecard credits, eBooks and the top prize, a home study course.

The Work At Home Ideas' Blog Contest runs until the end of September. It is easy to participate and will encourage you to check out some interesting home business blogs.
