Think and Grow Rich, by Napoleon Hill, and
How to Win Friends and Influence People, by Dale Carnegie.
Knowing that I was keenly interested in themes of personal development, my mother loaned me the library book she was reading:
Earl Nightingale's Greatest Discovery, "The Strangest Secret...Revisited," published in 1987. This amazing book changed my perspective, changed my life and has definitely influenced how I have pursued my interest in tested and proven Internet home business ideas and opportunities.
Earl's syndicated commentaries were being broadcast on various radio stations at the time, so my mom taped some of the broadcasts and gave them to me. Eventually, I purchased a copy of
Earl Nightingale's Greatest Discovery as well as the audio program by the same name. A few years later, I happened upon a copy of Earl's
Lead the Field program and quickly snapped it up, too!
In the intro to
Lead the Field, Earl is appropriately introduced as "The Master of Success" who can help you reach higher levels of achievement. The program is designed to prepare you to greet the future with confidence.
